Sound Advice from Dr. George:
- Never underestimate the value of a hand-written thank you note.
- Assemble the right team of people: The right attitude is as important as skills or competence, as is finding people who will challenge you.
- Shut up and listen: you'll learn more.
- Be careful what you promise. Instead offer: "Thank you. That is an excellent idea and I will consider it."
